This home is provided to you fully furnished and includes blazing fast internet, a Keurig Coffee station, streaming services, a washer and dryer and many more great amenities! It has a huge backyard and pool!

King Suite:

The suite is designed to make you feel right at home.The bedroom offers a King Bed with soft cotton sheets topped with a cozy comforter and soft pillows that offer both comfort and support. The room also comes equipped with a Smart TV. There is also a full bed and a pullout twin bed.

Kitchen & Dining:

Our kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking full meals. It has a Keurig coffee station, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, knife set, glassware and dinnerware. Kitchen supplies such as k-cups, tea, creamer, and other cooking essentials are also provided.

Living Rooms:

Spacious living area that is beautifully decorated! Comes with a 65inch Smart TV and a comfy sofa to sit back and relax on.

Two Rooms:

One room comes with a Queen bed and a smart TV. The other room has 2 Queen beds. All with soft cotton sheets topped with a cozy comforter and soft pillows that offer both comfort and support.

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 11 people at the very maximum. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) Must be 21 or older to book the property.

5) No smoking

6) No pets

7) Guests will be charged a late check out fee of $50 for 30 mins past checkout time and $100 for over an hour.

Enjoy access to the entire private residence which includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a private pool.

This residence can accommodate up to 11 guests.

‍Other things to note

‍The pool is serviced weekly every Tuesday around 11:30 AM. After it is serviced, the pool cannot be used for 2 hours.
