The home is located in the heart of Houston and next to all the major freeways. Only a 5 minute walk to Buffalo Bayou Park! Enjoy easy access to all the top restaurants and attractions that Houston has to offer! Situated in Montrose's Harlow district, the home is next to the Galleria, Medical Center, Heights, and so much more!

2 King Suites:

Both king suites are designed to make you feel right at home.The bedrooms offer a King Bed with soft cotton sheets topped with a cozy comforter and soft pillows that offer both comfort and support. Both rooms also come equipped with a Smart TV and their own master bathroom!

Kitchen & Dining:

There are 2 kitchens in this beautiful home! Our kitchens come fully equipped for cooking full meals. It has a Keurig coffee station, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, knife set, glassware and dinnerware. Kitchen supplies such as baking sheets, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, k-cups, tea, creamer, and other cooking essentials are also provided!

Living Room:

Spacious living area that is beautifully decorated! Comes with a Smart TV and a comfy sofa to sit back and relax on. Patio access right next to the living room for easy entertainment.

Two Rooms:

One room comes with a Queen bed and a pullout twin bed. The other with a bunk bed which includes 2 full beds and a twin pullout bed. All with soft cotton sheets topped with a cozy comforter and soft pillows that offer both comfort and support.

Game Room:

This home comes with a huge game room that comes with a huge couch that can be converted into a full bed. Also has a ping pong table and a smart TV! This game room also has access to the rooftop deck!

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 14 people at the very maximum. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) Must be 21 or older to book the property.

5) No smoking

6) No pets

7) Pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 10 hours for it to warm to temperature.

8) Guests will be charged a late check out fee of $50 for 30 mins past checkout time and $100 for over an hour

9) Parties will be stopped immediately and reservation will be cancelled with no refund. $300 unauthorized party fee will be charged.

10) Please note, this is a 4 story structure with stairs. There is a master suite on the ground floor, but the 3 higher floors require climbing stairs. As child gates can often give way causing more harm and/or create tripping hazards, no child safety gates have been installed on the stairway. Young children must be supervised at all times.
